Practical questions
What to know before reaching out.
Do I need a formal diagnosis?
No. You are welcome whether you are diagnosed, self-identified, questioning, or simply looking for therapy that respects cognitive differences.
How does therapist matching work?
Our clinical director reviews your goals, preferences, schedule, and communication style, then recommends a therapist for an initial consultation.
Do you work with parents?
Yes. Parent consultations can stand alone or support a teen's therapy when everyone agrees that collaboration would be useful.
