Who this is for

You should not have to become easier to understand before asking for help.

Our matching process considers personality, communication style, lived context, scheduling, and clinical focus.

  • You suspect or know that you are autistic, ADHD, highly sensitive, or otherwise neurodivergent.

  • Traditional productivity or communication advice has made you feel more defective, not more capable.

  • Your family or relationship needs a less blaming way to understand recurring conflict.

  • You want practical tools without having your identity reduced to a diagnosis.

Practical questions

What to know before reaching out.

Do I need a formal diagnosis?

No. You are welcome whether you are diagnosed, self-identified, questioning, or simply looking for therapy that respects cognitive differences.

How does therapist matching work?

Our clinical director reviews your goals, preferences, schedule, and communication style, then recommends a therapist for an initial consultation.

Do you work with parents?

Yes. Parent consultations can stand alone or support a teen's therapy when everyone agrees that collaboration would be useful.
