Founder and therapist

Maya BennettLCSW

I offer steady, collaborative therapy for people who are capable on the outside and carrying too much underneath.

My style is warm, attentive, and honest. We make room for what has been hard while staying connected to the practical changes you want in your daily life.

  • Anxiety
  • Life transitions
  • Therapists and helpers

How the work feels

Careful attention, practical movement.

We slow down enough to understand the patterns beneath the pressure, then experiment with changes that feel realistic, respectful, and yours.

  • Unhurried sessions without losing sight of practical goals
  • Particular understanding of helpers and clinicians
  • Direct conversation without clinical distance

Who this is for

A place for the part of you that is tired of holding it together.

You do not need a perfect explanation. We can begin with what is taking the most energy now.

  • You look composed but feel keyed up, depleted, or close to shutting down.

  • A change in work, family, health, or identity has made familiar ways of coping stop working.

  • You care for other people professionally or personally and rarely feel fully off duty.

  • You want insight, but you also want therapy to change something in ordinary life.
